When I look at this I want to say: "That looks pretty cool." However, it actually looks like something you'd find on the Sci Fi Channel. I cannot believe that this will be a theatrical release. Still, I am intrigued, and Bai Ling is one strange chick.

Garden Party - Poster, Trailer

This indie flick follows the stories of three young people who go to Hollywood with a dream and the stories that develop in their pursuit of said dream, even if it is not exactly what they wanted it to be. This could prove interesting, or it could just be another go nowhere indie. I'd like to find out.

Gonzo: The Life and Times of Hunter S. Thompson - Poster, Trailer

When it comes to Hunter S. Thompson, I know next to nothing. I love the film Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas, but that is about as far as I have ever gone with work related to him. That brings me to Gonzo, this is a documentary about the wild journalist/writer. It is from Oscar winner Alex Gibney (Taxi to the Dark Side), who serves as writer, director, and producer. The trailer looks absolutely fascinating. Johnny Depp is the biggest star attached to the project, and is seen in the trailer reading from one of Thompson's books. In addition to the trailer, the poster is pretty nice as well.

If I wasn't sold on this movie before, I am now. This Russian trailer is wild and crazy! Blood, violence, you name it, this has it. This is the trailer you won't see on US screens.
