-Great writing and the Emmys will have a chance to award the writing team of Raymond

Best Directing - Comedy Series Desperate Housewives - "Pilot"
-DH has to take a writing or directing award. This is their best shot.

Best Writing - Drama Series Lost - "Pilot"
-The best writing nominee and the most likely voters will vote for.

Best Directing - Drama Series Lost - "Pilot"
-A spectacular episode. I'll be surprised if it doesn't win.

Best Television Movie The Life and Death of Peter Sellers
-It's 6 Emmy wins last Sunday shows that Emmy voters love this movie. I expect it to win this easily.

Best Miniseries Empire Falls
-A highly publized miniseries and an all star cast will push it to victory. Elvis deserves to win.

Best Actor - TV Movie/Miniseries Geoffrey Rush, The Life and Death of Peter Sellers
-The only lock of the night. His GG & SAG's show how much people loved his performance. He deserves it.

Best Actress - TV Movie/Miniseries S. Epatha Merkerson, Lackawanna Blues
-A great performance that will woo voters. Danner is the spoiler.

Best Supporting Actor - TV Movie/Miniseries Paul Newman, Empire Falls
-A veteran that is loved by all. This great performance will win him an Emmy.

Best Supporting Actress - TV Movie/Miniseries Charlize Theron, The Life and Death of Peter Sellers
-It's between her and Manhiem. Sellers is winning TV Movie, so I'll just say Theron wins along with it.

Best Writing - TV Movie/Miniseries The Office Special
-This should have went Variety Special, but voters will still vote for it here.

Best Directing - TV Movie/Miniseries The Life and Death of Peter Sellers
-It seems like the most logical pick of the bunch.

Best Variety Series The Daily Show with Jon Stewart
-It was the show to watch for election coverage. Voters will remember that.

Best Variety Performance Hugh Jackman, The 58th Annual Tony Awards
-He hosts and performs a number from The Boy From Oz. I would say he's almost a lock.

Best Writing - Variety Series/Special The Daily Show
-Great writing and always hilarious.

Best Directing - Variety Series/Special The Games of the XXVIII Olympiad - Opening Ceremony
-Visually stunning special.
