On Friday's General Hospital:
While everyone looked on – including Sonny and Jerry – Jax and Carly were married, though Lulu was distracted and missed a majority of the ceremony because of the incisive arguing of her suitors.
She probably should have just stayed away as they continued to make a scene, all vying for the chance to dance with her – though Spinelli's fantasy version of the event gave a comedic spin to Carly and Jax's first dance. Dillon and Milo fought for, and successfully gained, actual dance floor time. After Lulu caught the bouquet, the three then tried for the garter only to be denied when Jax landed it in the middle of the table where Jason sat with Sam. He later slipped it to his protégée, but when Spinelli insisted upon his dance, it was the final straw that sent Lulu off to brood.
As entertaining as these three wrestling for Lulu's attention can be, I think it's time for something to give. I'm not sure how long all three would vie for the attention of one fair lady, especially when she has been pretty insistent her first choice is to be friends with all three.
Patrick and Robin stole moments away at the reception as did Elizabeth and Nikolas, both sure they were safely away from Mr. Craig's glaring stare and neither making the connection or even dreaming there was a familiar connection between their nemesis and Jax.
I really expected Craig/Jerry to catch at least one of the couples with their stolen moments in the gazebo, even more so Nikolas and Emily since he's not aware she's in the know. I'm sure he won't be happy to discover his secret is known by one more, but if he's in a position to do anything about it, I'm just not sure.
As the party began to wind down, Sonny offered both the bride and groom best wishes and left to break his sobriety and drown his sorrows in both alcohol and a call to what one could only believe was a call girl, though it was Amelia who later knocked on his door. Back at the ceremony, Carly insisted Jason dance with her. Liz looked on with her big, lost-in-love puppy dog eyes, but this time they didn't go unnoticed by Sam.
