Making the Rounds at General Hospital - Secret's Out and Spoilers

On Friday's General Hospital:

From Thursday's cliffhangers to another big one on Friday, Sam's near miss with the falling light only saved her for a short time. At show's end, the same two thugs who had earlier been seen at the Metro Court restaurant with Lorenzo came onto the set with a "message for Jason." When Amelia tried to kick them out, they pulled out guns. Jason showed up as things were getting tense, and in the final moments a shot was fired as Jason pushed Sam out of the way.

This wouldn't be the first time I've asked for a turn away from the mob stories and toward the hospital, but the constant "shoot 'em up" stories that have been happening in the last week and half or so have been grating on me. Maybe it's in part because of recent events, but I believe it's a sheer boredom with the never-ending mob-related violence. Enough already!

It was actually Nikolas who saved the day for Patrick when Robin was able to do little to keep Mr. Craig from throwing Patrick over one of the many cliffs on Wyndemere's island. After bashing him to the ground, Nikolas had him in a headlock and was about to break his neck when Robin begged him not to, reminding Nikolas Mr. Craig was the only one with the antidote to the poison. Saying he needed another dose, Nikolas and Mr. Craig headed back to the house to leave Patrick and Robin to their reunion.

How cute were these two, when Patrick held Robin tight yet said, "I'm so mad at you right now." It will be good to have him in on Mr. Craig's dealings, and Emily can't be too far behind, but it still makes me wonder about the future of this character and how he's going to avoid incarceration as more and more find out he's still in town. (There is an interesting Mr. Craig spoiler below for those who like spoilers.)
