Making the Rounds at General Hospital: Oh, Baby! - Page 6

Part of: Making the Rounds at General Hospital

Finally, Nikolas’ free clinic is close enough to opening that it is seeing patients, a few anyway. Nadine and Layla notice that there aren’t many people coming into the clinic, as does Mayor Floyd when he walks in. Nikolas accuses Floyd of being in the pocket of the HMOs and drug companies. It seems flyers about the clinic’s opening had never been posted in public areas. Nadine rode in to the rescue, leading a gaggle of new patients through the door. She took it upon herself to hit the streets and hand out flyers, which raised some immediate awareness. Nikolas was immensely grateful, but later confessed to Lucky that the clinic made him think about Emily.

Scoops:

First with the scoops. I previously reported that Jason Cook would be stepping in as Steven Webber, Elizabeth’s brother, sometime this month. Well, he finally debuted in Friday’s episode as Dr. Matt Hunter. His immediate run-in with Maxie (former on-screen sweetie while on Days of Our Lives) makes this viewer think there are steamy scenes with these two to come.

On another note, July 4th’s episode will be a rerun from May 1, where Nikolas and Emily share their final dance. I will be away Thursday through Sunday, so this week’s episodes will be wrapped up here on Wednesday.
