Jax tried to help Carly face the fact Michael will never come out of his coma, while Sonny dealt with his grief in his own way. Jason realized he and Liz can never have a future, while Robin and Patrick decided they can.
This past week on GH, Jax was all about getting Carly to accept the doctor's diagnosis of Michael's condition. While I understand they were trying to make him the sensible, supportive husband, it just didn't ring true with me. In fact, for the first time ever Jax was getting on my last nerve. It's only been a couple days since Michael was shot and given how close he has been to his step-kids, it just felt off for him to not only give up hope, but not even shed a tear. He's come off as sort of distant and cold, which is just not the Jax I'm used to. Especially on the heels of Carly's miscarriage, I expected more emotion out of him.
Meanwhile, despite Kate and Jason advising him not to, Sonny put the word out he was not going into hiding and would be in public without his guards. He's taunting the person who botched up the hit on him, shooting Michael instead, to take another shot. Of course, catching (and killing) him is his main goal. It's the same old tired story and I'm sure it will boil down to the conclusion he's looking for. The powers that be just won't be able to resist another 'shoot-'em-up' scenario, especially involving Sonny.
Also reeling from Michael's shooting, Jason told Liz they could never be and vowed again to keep his distance from Liz and her boys for their own protection. A very long time ago I was intrigued to see these two make a real go of it. It seemed like a different pairing with a lot of possibilities. It's more than eighteen months later and I just don't care anymore. I can't bear to listen to either one of them drone on about why they can't be together. Move on, Liz. Find someone else, just please don't go back to Lucky. That's even more pathetic than longing for the coffee importer hit man with a heart of gold who can't put anything above his chosen career.

Kate's 'Olivia secret' is about to see the light of day.
Oh no, not another product of Sonny's super-semen?

They really can't (or should I say shouldn't - they'll do whatever they want whether or not it makes sense) pawn this one off on Sonny.
When they were first together on camera Kate and Sonny had a rather lengthy discussion about who they had never actually been together when they were younger. My guess is if Olivia is in fact a daughter, she's Trevor's. And I'm wondering if there is some connection to The Z kids. There has to be some reason Claudia hates Kate so much.
There are rumors floating that both Johnny and Claudia are going to end up being Trevor's and not Anthony's.

Well, Trevor do get around, but that wd mean he bagged both of Anthony's wives; yet it wd explain why he's willing to kill Claudia.

I don't make up the rumors, I just try to pass them on...
I do believe we're going to find out Johnny is actually Trevor's, I've felt that one since the warehouse explosion when Trevor was so worried about him and then called him 'son' when he saw he was okay.
I'd be more surprised if they make Claudia his. I'm not sure how tptb are going to handle the fact Sarah Brown's return hasn't generated the ratings they were hoping for. She might be gone before too long.
As far as "Olivia"? Could be Trevor's, that would be interesting, but somehow I think Claudia is tied to all of it. There's got to be a reason Claudia hates Kate so much.

I must say, though, I think the actor who plays Trevor is a GREAT villain. He's not operatic like Cesar Faison nor Ryan Chamberlain. He's not deeply twisted like Grant Putnam nor Kevin O'Connor or Manny Ruiz, and he's not clearly disturbed like Sonny. He's just a bastard with a mean streak.
And Bruce Weitz is scary good as Anthony.

Yes, I do agree they've done a great job with the character of Trevor. I also think Bruce Weitz is great. Too bad it's rumored one of the two is on the way out.

This is soapdom's big flaw, thinking that fans won't watch older actors, yet they are usually far more interesting precisely because they are older and wiser and their faces convey much more. DAN

So do you really think Olivia is still going to happen? I was afraid since it happened during the writers strike, that it might be scrapped.
I agree that there has to be a reason for Claudia to hate Kate so much. Because if there is no reason other than Sonny and the ONS, I would be very disappointed. Do you think the "stick" and "skinny" comments have anything to do with her hate?
I always wondered if Johnny might be Kate's child. Not Trevor's....maybe something happened to Kate when she was going to run away with Sonny and it was something other than what she told him.
