Sure, I'm a fan of the romantic comedy genre. And if it didn't have a happy ending, it might not quite qualify, would it? It'd be the romantic tragedy, or something. You know what we need? We don't need to criticise a film, clearly set out to be a light, happy one, for well... being what it said it'd be. That's silly. What we need is more depressing, anarchic, tragic films to flood the market, tipping the balance, and letting the happy ending be "unpredictable" for a change.
