The Free iTunes Blog has worked for me again by collecting the free tidbits that iTunes or the networks offer to promote their shows. Today FOX and FX have two shows that might be of interest, Prison Break and Black.White. iTunes is offering some behind the scenes and extra’s for free limited time downloads. This is a regular feature for iTunes and the Free iTunes Blog helps you know what is on trial.
Black.White. is a new reality series on the FX network. It follows the lives of two families who, using special effects make-up, swap races. The white family, the Wurgels, are from L.A. and the black family, the Sparks, are from Georgia. The Wurgels have one daughter who dives whole-heartedly into the experiment: Learn how the producers found a cast willing to participate in this social experiment. This episode of Fox Movie Channel's original series Casting Session features interviews with creators R.J. Cutler and Ice Cube, casting producer Jason Cornwell, and the Wurgel and Sparks families. The Ice Cube music video of the series theme song, Race Card, is also available for free.
Prison Break is the popular FOX drama focusing on the escape plan of Lincoln Burrows and his brother Michael. This series has loads of intrigue and twist in the story. The sometimes convoluted plot includes Lincoln’s former lover, an attorney, trying to get him out, a teenage son, and conspiracy theory minded Secret Service agent.
