The boys are back and funnier than ever…
Anyone who knows the Disney Channel lineup, even at a glimpse, will know the names of Zack and Cody, mischievous but adorable twin brothers. Making their debut on Disney’s The Suite Life of Zack and Cody, the brothers (Cole and Dylan Sprouse) have now moved up to bigger, better, and wetter things when they attend Seven Seas High School. High school on a luxury cruise ship? How ultimately awesome would that be?
Just as they did while residing at the Tipton Hotel, Zack and Cody are under the watchful eye of Mr. Moseby (Phill Lewis), while taking on job responsibilities, getting an education, pursuing girls, and creating havoc. Zack and Cody may be older, but they are no less comical in the messes they get themselves into.
The Suite Life on Deck: Anchors Away! introduces viewers to a new main cast member, Bailey (Debby Ryan). Bailey is a sweet and lively young girl who quickly catches the eye of Cody, the more responsible of the brothers. Bits of sweet adolescent love ensue and bring even more laughs, as well as sighs while viewing that first crush innocence. On the flip side, ornery Zack tries his hand at wooing a first class passenger, while getting into plenty of trouble throughout each episode of The Suite Life on Deck. Fans of The Suite Life of Zack and Cody will recognize and revel in the continuous, though a bit more mature, characterization of both brothers as they learn the ups and downs of getting older and wiser (sorta).
In addition to the new face of Bailey, old favorites such as London Tipton (Brenda Song) make a splashing presence. To the delight of fans of the series, the beloved and missed Maddie (Ashley Tisdale) makes a reappearance during a surprise visit, catching the eye of a prince.
The Suite Life on Deck: Anchors Away, includes the first two pilot episodes for the spin-off of The Suite Life of Zack and Cody, as well as four additional episodes that will leave viewers laughing and shaking their heads at the antics of the crew. One of my favorite episodes includes London Tipton, who sets up a “store” selling her own personal items — her father’s idea, not her own. Needless to say, anyone who takes a second glance at her favorite dress had better hightail it out of the room! Also, fans will get a front row seat to a great food fight, one of the brothers dressing up as a girl and entering a pageant, as well as tons of other hilarious situations and goings-on.

London Tipton is the main female character in the series. Why was this important fact not mentioned in the review? She appears in all of the episodes and has been established as the leading female character, even the Wall Street Journal credit Song as the female lead.
