when I heard the news about this wondrous of men it almost broke my heart. I loved him to bits because he was always for the animal and not for himself. when I first came across him I was a bit cross with him because of the way he treated the crocodiles but then I realised that he also loved them as much as I loved him.

I feel so sorry for his children and his beautiful wife it must be a life of hell for her now. God bless you as a family and always remember this great man.

Steve was my hero. he inspired me to become a marine biologist. i hope his wife Terri and his kids are doing ok. because when he died i mourned. i am doing anything i can to help wild life. i have signed petitions to stop shark fining. and to stop mining in steves wild life sanctuary. if you want to sign these go to sharkweek.com and steveirwin.com to sign them.
