Moviefone has created a Critics' Island that may appeal to Blogcritics. Four reviewers get paid $200 a month and the entrance to two movies to review those two movies. Each month, the least popular of the four gets voted off and a new critic joins in. To become a critic, you have to submit a review of a currently playing movie here. I have certainly seen a few of those around here.
