Shock! Outrage! I could just cry. Tonight's American Idol shocker is that rocker Constantine is going home. In a typical AI tactic, they had it down to two camps with just Scott and Constantine. Ryan asked them each to pick a group to be in between Carrie/Bo or Anthony/Vonzell - well of course the arrogant fatass Scott assumed that he was safe and he followed Constantine to the Bo/Carrie group.
Ryan delivered the bad news to America, that in fact, Scott the Knob was the safe one, and of course Scott had to throw a fat, greasy finger in the air that he was "da BOMB" as in large, round and globular.
Oddly enough, it really was time for Constantine to go - not that he wasn't worthy or a great performer, but because it really isn't in the cards for him to win a competition like this. He should take massive advantage of the mileage, experience, exposure and go back and concentrate on what he is good at, making women cream their jeans in true front man style.
Scott continues to defy all odds: like the odds that a hugely unappealing, sullen, grouchy, uber-creepy douche can continue to make as Michele so aptly put it "the tube top, spandex" groupie crowd vote for him. Or as I like to put it, the "my-daddy-didn't-love-me-enough-angry-urban-fat-man" crowd.
Whoever you are, if you continue voting for Scott, you are in fact, causing Jesus' eyes to bleed and the four horses of the apocalypse are going to be like hellhounds on your trail following you to the farthest ends of the earth, haunting you like the pariah lepers you are.
Die heathen voters, die.
Oh, and that rendition of "Emotions" left me with some emotions of my own: pain, joylessness and the feeling that I will never see the light of day again.

I haven't really seen much of AI this season, but what little I did see Constantine stood out, and I'm really shocked he is on his way home. I thought he had what it took to make it.

I did NOT thing it was Constantine's time to go. However, I didn't think that he should win Idol. But it was a bit too soon. Did you guys see how Paula acted? She was UPSET! Towards the end, she was talking with Constantine's Mom, who was also very upset.
What do you guys think about that? I think it was a BIT unproffesional, but she really did like that guy.

My entire family (8 households) has watched every single episode of AI for four seasons. I just called each of them and, before I could even talk, each said the same thing: I'm done...I won't watch any more. It's not that Constantine could have or should have won (although he was FAR our favorite), but to go before Scott, Anthony and Vonzell?? Something is terribly wrong with the voting system. All excitement about this year's show just died. What a shame...I really did like the show until tonight. Now, I don't even care who wins -- the exact sentiment of each of my family members (some 40+). Good Luck to Bo & Carrie, who are now the "best of show" -- which means they're probably next to go. So sad.

I dont think that those votes really mean much. Do you really think they would waste their money on someone like Scott who really can not sing? Maybe Constatine was signed before the show ended the season?

Out of all the contestants Constantine had what I thought all the right stuff..he had the looks..the voice...I just can't believe that he is gone! All I can hope for now is that my second choice can go all the way....

A couple of seasons ago, the judges were allowed to bring back one person who had been voted off -- it's time for them to get the same chance again this season. There's no doubt who it would be. Heck, Nikko already got a call back, so WHY NOT!? Everyone should write to Fox to suggest it -- maybe they haven't thought far enough into the future to know what tonight's show will do to the future success of the show. Maybe he'd still be voted off in a few weeks, but there wasn't much doubt that he'd (Contantine) would be in the top 3. I always thought the voting was a little "suspicious", now I'm sure of it. HEY FOX, WAKE UP and DO SOMETHING!

Constantine made the fatal error that Nadia Turner made, picking the wrong song. At this point in the competition you dance with the one that brung ya. Constantine proved his worth as a crooner, not a rocker. As Simon so aptly put it, you've crossed over to the dark side. He should have left rock and roll behind and sang pop, then Scotty the Body would have been gone. And that rendition of Emotion was, to put it in Simon's words, hideous. None of them could do the song justice, especially Bo. That is bo's biggest weakness, if he's not doing rock, he blows. The crowd that loves boy bands loves Anthony. Simon said it best, I hated it but the people who liked you loved it and after all, they're the ones you're performing for. And that ridiculous show of emotion by Paula, what happened, did the drugs wear off or what? Talk about unprofessional. If she's a judge she needs to be more like Simon. Randy, man, I'm trying to keep it real with you, get a new act.

Tonight my 5 year old Granddaughter went to bed crying because Constantine lost..I had to try 5 times to phone my other Granddaughter 45 miles away because all Nextell lines were down & busy....now Grandma's on-line letting AI and Constantine know he has little fans and big fans that will miss him and have thought the voing isn't fair ever since Clay Aiken lost...

My wife is devastated that both Anwar and Constintine are now gone. I knew Scott would hang in past this week because the judges were frantically trying to kick him out of the compition. It might have worked but Simon's cruel and needless coment gave Scott a large pity vote. My wife hates him but was ready to vote for him after that rude treatment. I like Vonzell and wont miss Constitine. I think Scott has made it this far because he picks safe reconizable songs while at least one of the remaining contestants bombs badly every week.

The scary part of all this is that VONZELL, a HUGE threat to what is now referred to as the Big 2 (Bo and Carrie) still lives to see another week of competition.
I think millions of AI fans will rally and vote for Scott and Anthony next week to get rid of Vonzell.
After all, if you are a BO fan, YOU ARE MORTIFIED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF A BO VS. VONZELL FINAL. Even worse you are scared won't make the finals if the final 3 are Carrie, Vonzell, and Bo.
If you are a CARRIE fan, YOU ARE MORTIFIED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF A CARRIE VS. VONZELL FINAL> Even worse you are scared Carrie won't make the finals if the final 3 are Carrie, Vonzell, and Bo.
Thus Carrie and Bo fans will use some of their votes to pull up Scott and Anthony, leaving Vonzell the one who will DEFINITELY GO HOME.
You have to think that Constantine fans will split their votes mainly among Carrie and Bo, some will go with Scott and Anthony. But no Constantine fans will go for Vonzell AT ALL. I don't know a single Constantine fan who likes Vonzell.
This IS Bo or Carrie's competition to win, IF they can find a way to get rid of Vonzell next week.
Vonzell spells trouble for the big 2 if she can crack the final 4.
