Chisholm '72 air on many PBS stations Monday night. It is an excellent documentary about the late member of the House of Representatives who ran a historic campaign for President in 1972.
Director Sheila Lynch who worked on documentaries for Ken Burns uses a very different style for her first film. It includes lots of footage taken during the campaign. It also features interviews with Chisholm and people influenced by her like Rep. Barbara Lee who worked on her campaign when she was a student at Mills.
