The eagerly anticipated second feature from the co-creators of 2004's award-winning sleeper hit Shaun of the Dead is a contemporary action comedy. Police officer Nicholas Angel (Simon Pegg) is London's top cop. This tough law enforcer is good at his job –- so good, in fact, that he makes his colleagues look bad. As a result, his superiors "promote" him to the village of Sandford, where all is garden parties and neighborhood watch meetings. Partnered with Danny Butterman (Nick Frost), an oafish but well-meaning young local cop, Angel struggles to adapt. But he just can't...until a series of grisly "accidents" indicates that foul play is afoot. Suddenly, this seemingly idyllic town is a case that Angel has to crack –- hard. Check out a couple of preview teasers for Hot Fuzz, which is slated for a March 2007 release: #1 (lo|hi) and #2 (lo|hi).

Universal Studios Hollywood, The Entertainment Capital of LA, blurs the line between frightful illusion and grim reality with its presentation of "Halloween Horror Nights" beginning Friday the 13th of October. The event will be helmed by "The Director" — a sociopathic cinematic auteur — who will convert Universal's working studio backlot and the theme park's most popular rides and attractions into terrifyingly realistic settings for an intense and enveloping vision of mayhem. By creating the ambiance of a true "horror genre" production, "The Director" will set the stage for a transformative horror experience. Universal Studios Hollywood presents Halloween Horror Nights on Oct. 13, 14, 20, 21, 27, 28 and 31.

The Looking Glass Wars by Frank Beddor was released in September, and it rose to #5 on the New York Times Best Sellers list. "Is the world ready for yet another Wonderland tale, you might ask? Absolutely!" writes Blogcritic Snarkattack. She adds, "[The Looking Glass Wars] has themes that both adults and children will find enticing –- the journey to find one's way back home, find one's true self, and having the courage to be oneself where others would have you conform." Caballero Oscuro writes, "While the initial setup is slightly protracted, the ensuing fast-paced action and interesting twists make this a real page-turner sure to keep many young readers and their parents up past their bedtimes."

Bully is an action game from Rockstar that takes place at Bullworth Academy, where you face bullies, mean teachers, and more.
