Big Brother Houseguest Analysis

I have a problem. I have an obsession with the reality TV show, Big Brother, in which thirteen strangers live in a house together for three months. It’s not healthy. Not only do I watch every episode, but I watch the live feeds every night from 9-12 on Showtime. I love it and it’s my guilty pleasure. It occupies so much of my time I’m just thankful school is out. If you’re not watching, it’s time for you to start. Here’s my take on season ten’s houseguests:

Dan, 24: The thing I love about Dan is not only is he incredibly appealing, but he also shares the same values as me. He’s a Catholic school teacher (God knows what he’s doing on this show since it’s based on lying) and a huge Republican. He would have moved out of the country if Hillary was elected president. Now, that’s something I respect. He’s very down-to-earth and entertains viewers with his obsession with cake, making up cake songs. I would love for Dan to win. He’s up for eviction this week, but it looks like he’s staying. Of course, anything could happen. We are talking about Big Brother.

Angie, 29: Angie seems to be a crowd favorite. All the fans I talk to have her as one of their favorites. She’s beautiful, they tell me. Angie seems perfectly nice and if I was in the house, I’m sure I’d get along with her. She’s very naive though and for this reason is very vulnerable in the game. I don’t think she will win and I will be surprised if she makes it to the jury house. She’s been safe this week due to the HOH, Jessie, having a crush on her. Her feelings are unknown (I doubt she likes him) but she is single now. She recently got a divorce.

Memphis, 25: I love Memphis. Not only is he incredibly good-looking and charismatic, but he is running this game. He is controlling everyone and his alliance — with Angie, Jesse and Michelle — will go far. He is someone I totally want to meet and talk to. He’s incredibly fun to watch and if I had to bet on the winner of season ten, I’d say Memphis has this one in the bag. He deserves it, too. He’s incredibly smart and is by far the best player in the house. I’m definitely rooting for him.
