Autographed Posters for The Eye to Benefit Elizabeth Glaser AIDS Charity

The AIDS pandemic has affected the lives of 33.2 million people. Over 32 million people now live with this horrid disease. In 2005 alone, AIDS claimed an estimated 2.4 to 3.3 million lives. That's just scary. This disease attacks one's immune system, so after a while, the person could die of a common cold. There is no cure for this disease. All these 33.2 million people and their families can do is pray.

Then, there's the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric Aids Foundation. This organization fights back against AIDS. They aims to do so by preventing pediatric HIV infection and stopping pediatric AIDS through research, advocacy, and prevention and treatment programs. It all started when Ms. Elizabeth Glaser received AIDS through a blood transfusion and thus passed it to her kids. In 1988, she started the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation.

On February 1, The Eye premiered worldwide. The movie stars Jessica Alba and Alessandro Nivola. Alba's character, Sydney, has been blind since a childhood tragedy. With the help of her neural ophthalmologist Dr. Paul Faulkner (Nivola), Sydney gets her eyesight back. But with that eye, Sydney begins to see horrible images. Scary movie. I so can't wait to see it.

The Eye teamed up with the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation. Jessica and Alessandro signed ten limited edition posters of The Eye. These posters are being sold on eBay. One hundred percent of the money is being donated to the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation.

There are ten available posters and two days left. Right now, the posters are going for sixty bucks. The winner gets the poster signed by the two stars, Alba and Nivola, and a Letter of Authenticity.

So, using the beautiful technology of eBay, you can own a limited edition poster signed by two of the hottest celebrities and help a worthy charity.
