Angela's Ashes, Special Edition

This is a review of the movie,

I have heard that words like "Dark, Somber, Cold" let you know what to expect.

Words describing the mood of the movie, and the lives it is taken from.

I have found this movie to be a inspiration, it shows just how tough the human spirit is. That through all the adversity we experience we can still muster up enough strength and positive energy to move forward in our lives.

Frank McCourt writes life as he saw it and lived it, and it was not pretty.
We all have adversity in our lives, there is not one person alive that has not had a hard time in this life.

From the hardships he had lived Frank made this into a wonderful book and from that a movie was created. He used adversity and made it into a positive experience.

I feel that for people to think that other peoples life is better or a bed of roses is really looking through Rose colored glasses.

Life is hard, no one has it easy....and so Frank saw to it to take or dismantle our rose colored glasses.

In this movie you see the human spirit worn down, worn out, saddened, to the edge of hope, life at its worst for those that are written about, and from all of it
love, and hope do survive.

We can make it, we have the strength no matter how hard it seems.
This movie is one of inspiriation for me and perhaps looking at it in this way it will be for you also.
