American Idol Week 13 Results: Nadia Sent Back to 'Artsy-Fartsy' Town - Page 2

And just how did Bo end up in the bottom three, anyway? Simple: no one is safe.

I also think that at this point in the competition people start voting against contestants. They get fed up with seeing contestant “X” make it through week after week, so they vote for a bunch of other contestants in order to lower “X‘s“ ranking.

However, this often happens at the expense of the perceived frontrunners. People think “oh, he/she is so far ahead, so established, he/she doesn’t need my vote.” They spend their time voting for middle-tier contestants they think can put “X” in the bottom three, if not out the door.

Obviously, this is a risky gambit if you’re really pulling for a particular contestant to win. I bet you casual viewers did not realize that the American Idol home game involves such elements of strategy. Always thinking, those AI fans.

Speaking of “X,” it looks like Scott and Anwar are shaping up to be this season’s Nikki McGribbin and Camile Velasco. Except Scott and Anwar are less attractive and sing better.

Nikki was famous as a magnet for a legendary, Trekkie-like fan base that would have voted her through had she simply come out on stage and stood on her head for three minutes. In fact, I think she did come out on stage and stand on her head for three minutes once.

I can only hope that both Bo and Bo’s fans get a little of that same energy their veins.

Few would risk making guarantees when it comes to a hodgepodge of a disc like Showstoppers, but one thing is for sure: it's bound to become the only CD in your collection you bought knowing full well ...

I found last night's show to be excruciatingly drawn out. Why now that there are less contestants do we stretch the show out to an hour? They must have signed on new ads...

Good point about the "ballot stuffing." That's what saved Scott's big butt. Reading the comments from Tuesday's show, he's become the current Mikalah. LOL I give him 1 more week. His performance last night annoyed me too.

Why the one-hour show for 15-minutes of content?

Well, catty rival producers said it was to try to bury the competition, "Revelations," once and for all by making it go up against the AI goliath, but FOX producers said they were only trying to give the best possible lead-in to Pammie Anderson's debut that followed.

Believe me, there's always a reason and it's always business!

Nadia shouldn't of been elimated so soon. She was amazing, good voice and quite active. She should of been in the top three. If I lived in America she would of got my vote. If I could get her cd, posters etc I would, but not living in America is my downfall.
