Alias On iTunes Falls Short

Alias has made its way to iTunes. That news is fantastic for fans of JJ Abrams who might have been unable to catch the much-acclaimed series during its ABC run, or who just want to watch it all over again.

One problem.

The only seasons with episodes on iTunes at the moment are four and five, the last two seasons. This does nothing for those who missed the Alias sensation from the start, or Abrams fans who came onboard after the introduction of Lost. ABC maybe had some sort of temporary lapse here that will be soon rectified. We can hope.

The show follows the tales of CIA agent Sydney Bristow. With a cast led by Jennifer Garner, Alias by many reports was a great thriller, worth picking up and watching.

Unfortunately, for those who haven't had the time or opportunity to check out this title, the best option at this point is picking up the DVDs. The iTunes menu just won't allow viewers to start at the very beginning.

On the upside, season one of Night Stalker has been added, complete with the pilot episode. That's the way to do it, start at the beginning: it's the very best place to start.
