I picked this four DVD set up at my local electronics store the other day. I grew up only catching the last season of ALF and I loved all of the episodes. I just couldn't let life progress any longer without experiencing the season that started it all. The famous four season sit com is a must see and the first season is in my opinion the best. Pick up ALF Season One at Amazon or other distributer. I fully recommend it.
Pass on the memories of ALF to your kids. As for me I am ready to catch up on the other two seasons I have missed. I cannot weight until season 2, 3, and 4 make it to stores.
