As I stated in my White Collar review – it's a brand new show on USA Network.  Actually, it's quite a good brand new show on the USA Network, you know, that place where there are "characters welcome."  Trust me, the show is full of characters, but, rather than my telling you all about it again, I'm going to let the PR people do it for me:
