Oh, my, what a delectible video! Since I'm in San Francisco several times a year, I may have to check it out, even though it's in Fisherman's Wharf (not my favorite area).

I was a police officer in San Francisco for thirty five years, as far as I am concerned Scoma's is the BEST restaurant anywhere on the wharf and that includes the schlocky PIER 39. whenever an out of towner or tourists would ask me I would always recommend Scoma's, the food is genuine and no matter how busy it gets it is consistently excellent , my favorite dish is the " Petrale Dore " and I would share that info with whoever asked. Once in a while I would see the same person (s) later on in my shift and they would always thank me for recomending Scoma's
I'm retired and live out of state but I get back to SF a couple of times a year. I try to eat at Scoma's at least once every trip.

I have been going to Scomas since I was a young girl, approx. 25 years. This has to be the best restaurant I have ever had the pleasure of eating at. Anything on this menu is good and worth what you pay, since they give you such huge portions. Their seafood is outstanding. My favorite plate is the Seafood Sec. I believe it is called. I highly recommend this place.

I was referred to Scoma's from one of the staff at the Hyatt near the Warf. I was told that the food and the service was phenomenal, so I decided to give it a shot. Just as described, the staff was friendly and our server CC was off the charts accommodating! I work in the hospitality business so I was super impressed by her knowledge of the menu and classy style! I will always remember our visit to Scoma's because at the end of our meal, we were able to meet the manager to talk about our experience. It's obvious that he understands the importance of customer service by the way he interacts with the gust and his staff. That's only to compliment the service, the food was fantastic! If you visit Scoma's, do yourself a favor and ask for CC, she will make sure your stay is a wonderful as mine was! I never go out of my way to comment out side of the establishment, however this is one exception I have no problem making! Happy Dining!
