Exercise: What, do you want EVERY part of my life? This isn’t a tell all book, people. Geez! Ok, I didn’t exercise today. Fine. Happy now?
Shit. I am not unhappy about what I ate today, but 1,710 calories is out of the desired range. And 27.75 grams of fat? I can’t say that is good at all.
Throughout the day I didn’t feel I was doing too bad. I didn’t think I was having a great day, but still never thought I would exceed the desired calorie intake. Still, I've really got to cut out the sandwiches. It is really becoming addictive. I actually woke up today craving sandwiches.
Oh well. I still ate five times and did something I thought was very, very smart.
See, I got a foot-long sub for lunch today. But after the first half, I decided I was full. I put the rest away for a snack later in the afternoon. That actually saved me calories. I am a genius.
