Book Review: Top Secret Restaurant Recipes 3 - The Secret Formulas for Duplicating Your Favorite Restaurant Dishes at Home by Todd Wilbur

Top Secret Restaurant Recipes 3 – The Secret Formulas for Duplicating Your Favorite Restaurant Dishes At Home by Todd Wilbur contains recipes for dishes comparable to those found in famous restaurants like T.G.I. Friday's, Pizza Hut, and Sizzler that you can make in the comfort of your own home.

Wilbur replicates the BJ restaurant's white cheddar mashed potatoes and avocado egg roll recipes. His rendition of T.G.I. Friday's Tuscan spinach dip and crispy green bean fries are perfect to serve guests at practically any popular function. Herbal accents are in order like sage, ginger, tumeric, and basil leaf.

Consider Wilbur's rendition of pumpkin cheesecake from The Cheesecake Factory. The recipe consists of graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, cream cheese, a teaspoon of vanilla, canned pumpkin, eggs, cinnamon, nutmeg, sesame seed and other spices added to your heart's content. Dieters can enjoy these preparations by simply adding herbs like anise in place of sugar. Stevia is another popular additive in place of sugar.

Granny's Omelette is another favorite described by Wilbur and sold in the Perkins Family Restaurants. The preparation includes hash browns, minced celery, eggs, white onion, and other accents like sage or basil leaf.

Hot artichoke spinach soup and dips are Olive Garden favorites described at length in the book. The preparations can be enhanced with sage or basil leaf. Wilbur discloses some excellent stuffed preparations like shrimp and mushroom. These are excellent for parties and other occasions.

Top Secret Restaurant Recipes 3 has some excellent food preparations for practically any occasion. The book is easy to understand and the recipes can be replicated quite simply in many cases. This recipe book could be very helpful for dieters because many of the preparations are vegetable-based with plenty of room for herbal accents, which enhance the taste and may provide anti-inflammatory protection for the health-conscious dieter.

Wilbur's book provides plenty of advice on replicating some of the most popular food preparations found in famous restaurants. The contents will interest a wide variety of readers including heads of households, professional chefs, cooking enthusiasts, hospitals, nursing facilities, hotels, nutritionists, and dietitians.

The structure of the blog has to fit within the section titles of either "Books" or "Tastes"
unless a series of articles is done on individual recipes. I know of very unique recipes which
could be made available for foods like lasagna and others.
