That was fun to watch. I am a cake decorator and baker with an associates degree (fresh out of school, not a professional) and I look online for ways to keep in touch with other people's techniques and find new ones to use. I love the way the flowers were done at the end. The blending of colors isn't unheard of but I've never seen roses like that piped directly on a cake.
