Heated floors, tennis courts and backyard putting greens were among some buyers' preferences, but were typically found more often among those who only owned one luxury home. Second home buyers did not seek these options as often as single luxury home buyers.
For most locations, buyers expected to spend $1 million or more, and most selected Nordstrom as the top place to buy home furnishings, while others selected Neiman Marcus, Saks, Macy's, Lord & Taylor, Talbot and Pottery Barn.Powered by Sidelines
