Ever since the first Star Wars film in 1977, Star Wars toys have come to have a force of their own among fans and collectors. Star Wars toys come in all shapes and sizes, representing all six films and encompassing nearly every character in the Star Wars universe.

Starting with Star Wars action figures, they range from basic action figures and saga legend action figures to Build-A-Droid Action Figures, Battle Pack Action Figure Sets, and Star Wars Legos. Star Wars vehicles are among popular Star Wars toys, including the Armored Assault Tank and Gungan “bongo” submarine from Phantom Menace and Cloud Cars from The Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi.

Other popular items include collectible games, lightsabers, blasters, helmets, trading cards, science sets, and a number of board and video games. If you keep your Star Wars toys in good shape they can become valuable collector’s items. Darth Vader’s Telescoping Lightsaber (1978) is now worth an estimated $6,000, a Rocket Firing Boba Fett (1980) is valued at nearly $2,000. So start collecting those Star Wars toys and may the force be with you.
