A New Englander In Exile is an ongoing feature by lowposts.com writer Ethan Booker on his experiences and adventures as a Sox/Celts/Pats/B’s fan in the Land of the Lakers and Dodgers.
Ethan Booker was born and raised in the beautiful State of Maine, went to school in Virginia and spent a couple years in Philly before finally settling on the West Coast. Known to many on the Left Coast simply as “Boston” (though he never lived there and really can’t stand cityfolk), in this feature Ethan details the ongoing triumphs and travesties of his favorite teams from a far away land full of broken dreams and plastic boobs.
Though he hopes to someday return to his Motherland, he is a Los Angeleno for the foreseeable future; and a Boston fan for life.
