New York Jets 4-3 at Buffalo 5-2 - 1:00 PM (Line: Buffalo by 5.5)
The Jets are just 1-2 on the road this season. The Bills have lost two of their last three, but are still undefeated at home.
RJ's Pick - Buffalo by 3
Detroit 0-7 at Chicago 4-3 - 1:00 PM (Line: Chicago by 13)
The Lions are ranked 31st in rushing offense, 29th in total offense, and 28th in points scored. They are also dead last in both points allowed and total yards allowed. The Bears have scored the second-most points per game in the NFL.

RJ's Lame-Game Of The Week: Jacksonville 3-4 at Cincinnati 0-8 - 1:00 PM (Line: Jacksonville by 8)
The Jaguars have had every game this season decided by seven points or less. The Bengals are last in the league in points scored per game and total yards gained per game.

Baltimore 4-3 at Cleveland 3-4 - 1:00 PM (Line: Cleveland by 1.5)
The Ravens have won two straight, but are just 1-2 on the road. The Browns are allowing just 17.6 points per game, seventh-best in the league.

Green Bay 4-3 at Tennessee 7-0 - 1:00 PM (Line: Tennessee by 5.5)
The Packers have won two in a row, and are tied with the Bears for first place in the NFC North. The Titans have allowed just 87 points through seven games, fewest in the NFL.

Arizona 4-3 at Saint Louis 2-5 - 1:00 PM (Line: Arizona by 3)
The Cardinals lead the league in points scored per game, but are just 1-3 on the road. The Rams have won two of their last three games - all of which were against very good teams - and were competitive on the road in the one loss.

Houston 3-4 at Minnesota 3-4 - 1:00 PM (Line: Minnesota by 4.5)
The Texans have won three consecutive games after starting the season 0-4, but remain winless on the road. The Vikings have the league's second-best defense against the run, but are ranked 20th against the pass.

Tampa Bay 5-3 at Kansas City 1-6 - 1:00 PM (Line: Tampa Bay by 8.5)
The Buccaneers are giving up the second-fewest points per game in the league, but are just 1-3 on the road this season. The Chiefs are scoring the second-fewest points per game in the NFL, while allowing the second-most total yards per game.

When you show your won lost record, do you go with the point spread in your pick.
ie if Dallas is favored by 6 and you say Dallas by 3, do you win or lose?

I had a solid 9-5 last week, bringing me up to 69-47 for the season. This week the crystal ball is a bit more cloudy though, but maybe I'll get lucky. My Record puts me in the pack with most of the ESPN guys, except Mort and Accuscore.
So, for week 9...
Jets - Going for the road dogs here. With Buffalo missing 3 startes, including the DE who lines up opposite Stroud, I don't see them dominating the line and Farve picking apart their secondary. Jets can stuff the run very well also.
Bears - They are a solid team with potential going up against a team that people from Detriot won't even defend.
Jacksonville - Read above, just change the names.
Browns - Ravens have been inconsistant and the Browns are playing for the crowd. Going for the home team in a close game is usually a good call.
Green Bay - Calling the upset here. I think Rodgers and his receivers will break out just enough big plays to keep the Titans on there guard and stacking the box and dominating the line.
Bucs - I can see them running up the scored after last week's low scoring loss.
Cards - The Rams won a couple of games against normally good teams playing sloppy and ust trying to just get by, lets not make too much of it.
Vikings - I don't see the Texans flourishing in the cold, but we'll see.
Denver - Go Jay and carry my lagging fantasy team for another week!
Atlanta - I think this will be a game decided by a few points, so I'll go with the team with the better record.
Giants - Their run game is a beast, and it is hard to beat a team that can get as many first downs as it needs. Oh and lets not forget to compare the QB battle.
Seahawks! - Lets do it baby and show we can beat a team with a winning record.
Steelers - I am going for a road team in a close game, but I have my reasons. I think Clint will get shut down and the pocket will collapse on Campbell. This one will be won by a solid D-line and line backing core.
