RJ's NFL Picks - Week 17 - Page 3

Part of: NFL Picks

Will the Dolphins win the AFC East and complete an incredible ten-win turnaround from last season? Will the Jets still qualify for the postseason despite losing three of their last four games? Will this be Brett Favre's final game? If the Jets lose, will Eric Mangini be fed to rabid pit bulls by psychotic New Yorkers? And if so, will Bill Belichick crack a grin?

RJ's Pick: Miami by 1

Must-See: Dallas 9-6 at Philadelphia 8-6-1 - 4:15 PM (Line: Philadelphia by 1)

Dallas is in the playoffs as a Wild Card with a win. Philadelphia needs a win and a bunch of help in order to qualify for the postseason. (Remember: The Eagles could be 9-6 right now, but they tied the Bengals back in Week 11. Right, Donovan McNabb?)

RJ's Pick: Philadelphia by 5

Take A Nap Instead: Seattle 4-11 at Arizona 8-7 - 4:15 PM (Line: Arizona by 6.5)

This is Mike Holmgren's final game as head coach of the Seahawks. The Cardinals have lost four of their last five games.

RJ's Pick: Arizona by 2

Must-See: Denver 8-7 at San Diego 7-8 - 8:15 PM (Line: San Diego by 8)

The winner of this matchup wins the AFC West. The loser gets to watch the playoffs from a T.G.I. Friday's while being waited on by a 19-year old bulimic named Amber.

RJ's Pick: Denver by 1

Well, the best thing about this season is it is over :). That and the Seahawks are on an unprecedented 2 game winning streak heading strong into week 17. Thanks for the blog RJ, it has been fun and I'm sure no small amount of time out of your schedule.

Last weeks 9-7 puts me at 149-91 heading into week 17. Last week was just a tough week though, so I feel good walking away in the green.

For week 17 I'll be going with...

    Falcons
    Pats
    Bengals
    Packers
    Titans
    Vikings
    Panthers
    Steelers
    Bucs
    Bears
    Jets
    Eagles
    Ravens
    Skins
    Seahawks (statement game, huge blowout)
    Broncos

Jesus RJ, Cleveland needs to find some way of buying the Ravens back. Has it been this way all season?

Not that I care I'm from Pittsburgh and never fell out of love with the Steelers.

And before you say something stereotypical about me and sports, when you live in Columbus Ohio for more than a month, it's drummed into your head that there are no sports scores worth paying attention to, unless Ohio State is on the field.

I'm going to make a ridiculous prediction that the Buckeyes are going to win down there...

    ...silly I know
