I went 8-8 last week. That puts me at 146-94 for the season. For a comparison, check out the "experts" over at ESPN.
(FYI - I will be making all my playoff picks in the comments section of this article. Please be sure to bookmark this page if you'd like to follow the NFL's postseason with me all the way to February!)
Here are my picks for the NFL's Week 17:
***SUNDAY, DECEMBER 28, 2008***
Worth Watching: Saint Louis 2-13 at Atlanta 10-5 - 1:00 PM (Line: Atlanta by 14.5)
Atlanta has won two in a row, is 6-1 at home, and has a shot at winning the NFC South and securing a playoff bye. The Rams are the second-worst team in the NFC. This one shouldn't be close.
RJ's Pick: Atlanta by 21
Worth Watching: New England 10-5 at Buffalo 7-8 - 1:00 PM (Line: New England by 6)
New England needs a win and some help to make it into the postseason. The Bills need a win just to finish the season at .500 after starting the year 4-0.
RJ's Pick: New England by 11
RJ's Lame-Game Of The Week: Kansas City 2-13 at Cincinnati 3-11-1 - 1:00 PM (Line: Cincinnati by 3)
The Chiefs have the worst record in the AFC. The Bengals have scored the fewest points in the NFL.
RJ's Pick: Cincinnati by 7
Must-See For Historic Failure: Detroit 0-15 at Green Bay 5-10 - 1:00 PM (Line: Green Bay by 10.5)
The Lions are one loss away from the NFL's first "perfect" 0-16 season. The Packers haven't lost to the Lions in Wisconsin since 1991.
RJ's Pick: Detroit by 1
RJ's Week 17 Quasi-Exhibition Game: Tennessee 13-2 at Indianapolis 11-4 - 1:00 PM (Line: Tennessee by 3)
Two of the NFL's best go at it in a game that has no meaning whatsoever.
RJ's Pick: Indianapolis by 2
Worth Watching: New York Giants 12-3 at Minnesota 9-6 - 1:00 PM (Line: Minnesota by 6.5)
The Super Bowl champion Giants have already secured home-field advantage throughout the NFC playoffs. The Vikings need a victory in order to win the NFC North.

Jesus RJ, Cleveland needs to find some way of buying the Ravens back. Has it been this way all season?
Not that I care I'm from Pittsburgh and never fell out of love with the Steelers.

The Browns were pretty bad this year, Jet. I guess last season was a fluke. :-/

And before you say something stereotypical about me and sports, when you live in Columbus Ohio for more than a month, it's drummed into your head that there are no sports scores worth paying attention to, unless Ohio State is on the field.
I'm going to make a ridiculous prediction that the Buckeyes are going to win down there...
...silly I know

Just part of my charm. I'm really worried about Suss and his article about his "Man Crush"
