Rihanna Might Be Dating Andrew Bynum - Drop Everything You're Doing

Part of: NewsFlash

Who knew that a simple thing like domestic violence could turn someone away?

It looks like singer Rihanna is moving on from Chris Brown and toward another handsome man, according to spurious reports. In this case, the man in question Los Angeles Lakers forward Andrew Bynum.

That's ... kind of random.

Nameless faces are telling scandalous blogs that Bynum went to dinner at Mastro's Steakhouse in Beverly Hills with Rihanna last Friday and really enjoyed each other's company. But ... did they kiss? And WHAT DID THEY ORDER!?

Frankly I'm surprised more rumors haven't surrounded the Lakers team, given its venue. Only a few players over the years have had only a slight history of canoodling — do people still use that word? — with celebrities. Rick Fox was married to Vanessa Williams for four years. There was another rumor a couple years ago that Luke Walton was dating Britney Spears.

But hold on! The Chicago Sun-Times just said that Rihanna moved back in with Chris Brown. So now I don't know what to believe.

What we do know is that Bynum is slowly coming back into the Lakers rotation after being injured much of this year and last. Many suspect that Bynum's presence could be what puts them over the top from NBA Finals contender to favorite. Remember, they got bounced in last year's Finals to the Lakers.

No word on whether or not Rihanna will serve as a Jessica Simpsonesque distraction to the Lakers during the playoffs. Actually, now that I think about it for six more seconds, this will probably tie back to Tony Romo somehow. It always does.

Update: Bynum says they're just friends, but c'mon, are you gonna believe Andrew Bynum, the guy dating Rihanna?
