Marvin Williams (Restricted): Williams is certainly an intriguing option, and has reportedly been shopped around by Atlanta (it's always a good sign when a team is ready to part ways with a 23-year-old former number two pick). Williams added a three-point shot to his repertoire this season, and still has tremendous upside. At the same time, his numbers have remained in the 13-14 point, 5-6 rebound range for the last three seasons, and at 6'9", he tends to play smaller than he is and stay out on the perimeter instead of using his athleticism to go inside the paint. The Kings may as well stick with Nocioni.
Chris Andersen: Andersen would likely come off the bench in Sacramento, but he's exactly the type of energy player the Kings need. He's almost like David Lee-lite, aside from the whole recovering druggie with a punk rocker haircut and a barrage of freaky tattoos thing. I can't imagine anything more entertaining than watching the Birdman fly in Sacramento in 2010. In fact, this needs to happen, and I'd be willing to pay some of his salary next season out of pocket.
Hakim Warrick (Restricted): Warrick has quietly put up respectable numbers in Memphis, averaging over 12 points and five rebounds over the last three seasons. He's young (26), athletic, and defensive-minded, and the Kings could certainly do worse than Warrick if he could be pried away at a reasonable price. Then again, he couldn't beat out rookie Darrell Arthur for a starting job, and played only 25 minutes per game on a 24-win Memphis team. Wow, I just realized Memphis won seven more games than the Kings last season.
Other notable free agents:
*Josh Childress (Restricted): May return to the NBA after a year overseas.
*Glen Davis (Restricted): Would you leave Boston for Sacramento? Didn't think so.
*Jamario Moon (Restricted) / Trevor Ariza: Terrific role players, but their skills would be underutilized in Sacramento.
*Grant Hill: Only for the veteran presence.

I was going to respond with a Ricky Rubio quip, and then I noticed he was born in 1990. Sigh...has it already come to that? Man, I'm old.
