I have no idea what the hell is going on in this conference anymore. Boston College struggles against an FSU team that they should have handled, and suddenly Clemson is back in the conference title picture. At least the Coastal Division is still Virginia, Virginia Tech, and everybody else.

Clemson looks to stay on a roll against a shaky Wake Forest team, while Boston College hopes to rebound against Maryland. Believe it or not, NC State will be hosting UNC this week and looking for their fourth win in a row. Yup, looks like Coach O'Brien is starting to get through to these boys. They may wind up in a bowl yet. Virginia and Virginia Tech look to sustain momentum towards their end-of-season amtchup with wins against Miami and Florida State, and Georgia Tech will look to beat up on Duke. Unless something strange happens, since this is the ACC.

Winners: BC, NC State, VA, VT, and Georgia Tech. I guess. I don't know. This conference is too terrible to predict.

Nothing terribly thrilling this week. Penn State should be able to handle Temple this week. Temple is an improved team, but they're still Temple, and Penn State is still Penn State. Michigan and Ohio State will look to get one last win apiece before their throwdown in the Big House next weekend, while Northwestern and Indiana will shoot it out to get out of the basement, and Michigan State will try to stop their freefall towards the Gophers as they travel to Purdue.

The most interesting game, believe it or not, is probably Minnesota staying home to face Iowa. The Hawkeyes have a terrible offense and...above average defense, while Minnesota's offensive prowess can rarely cover for the defense's lack thereof. Should be intriguing to see what breaks first.

Winners: PSU, Michigan, OSU, Northwestern, Purdue, Iowa.

“Ben, since Steve the Monkey went 2-0-1 last week, do you have any reason to believe you might be asked back next season?”
