Perseus and company are going to your home console... eventually.

Screenshots: More Clash of the Titans

Usually, when there is a videogame tie-in to a film, the game comes out either at the same time as the film or very near to it.  That isn't what's happening with the new Clash of the Titans game.  The movie was released a few weeks back, but the game isn't scheduled to come out until July 10.

The common knock against games based on films is that they're weak, hopefully the time difference between the film release and the one for the game here means that a whole lot of effort is going in to ensuring that the game is a good one.  And, let's remember, just because there's a whole lot of time between now and the game's release doesn't mean we can't look at some more pretty screenshots, does it?

No, we can, we definitely can, and consequently we will.  We have a bunch of brand new shots to unveil today, some depicting characters from the film, others are more creature based, but what they tend to have in common is the pretty, even if some of the creatures are rather ugly beasts.

Clash of the Titans is scheduled to be released on both Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 this July.
