• Portrait Professional Studio 10 now has support for virtually all camera RAW files. And because RAW support is implemented as a plug-in, when new cameras and formats come onto the market RAW support is now added within a week or so. Allows absolute color calibration control of images that high end enthusiast and professional users require.
I found Portrait Professional 10 to be incredibly easy to work with and produced extremely high quality results very quickly. It comes with several "Saved Sliders" or presets that you can work with immediately, or as you find settings that you use over and over, you can create your own set of Saved Sliders.
I also like all of the control that Portrait Professional gives you with the sliders in that you can use master sliders to control a whole group such as the eyes, you can control parts of the group such as the pupil of the left eye, or even paint on changes to specific areas. Through this you can control the size of the lips, the color of the eyes, the length of the neck, the texture of the skin, and just about anything else that you need to control.
While anyone can use this program – it really is that easy, it is also too easy to make your subject more glamorous than they really are which may or may not be a bad thing, but thing I like the most is that you are really in charge. If you are looking for a one stop shop for putting the glamour in your portrait photography, then I very highly recommend Portrait Professional 10.
