- Paris Hilton's ex-boyfriend is suing an Internet porn company for more than $10 million to stop distribution of the sex video he made with the hotel heiress and reality TV star three years ago.
Richard Salomon filed the lawsuit Thursday, a day after he filed a $10 million slander lawsuit against Hilton and her family.
The suit filed Thursday accuses Seattle-based Marvad Corp. and its president of distributing footage from the X-rated home video without obtaining the legal rights to it. Salomon also seeks unspecified damages from an acquaintance whom he alleges stole the videotape and made copies of it before secretly returning it.
....The New York Post reported Saturday that Marvad filed its own $10 million suit against the man who sold the company the tape. Marvad said the man claimed to have rights to the tape.
....Hilton, who was 19 when the tape was made, is soon to star in Fox's new reality series, "The Simple Life," set to debut Dec. 2. In the show, she leaves the urban social scene to live on a farm. [AP]
The whole thing is surreal, including the night vision glowing eyeballs in the tape.
I wonder if a dime will change hands over all these suits other than to lawyers, who are dancing in the streets.

Is the sequel likely to be better than the original? If it is true that most sequels suck, would that be bad in this case?

The sequel probably doesn't "suck" as much as the first one because I think the sequel is a girl on girl affair. Sorry. Couldn't help myself, but he started it.
