defaults write NSGlobalDomain NSWindowResizeTime 0.001

Put that in the Terminal.

Do you hate how long "sheets" take to show up? Are you running OS X on an "old" G4? This hint rocks, Rob IM'd me tonight and told me about it, and I love it. You can read the full hint at MacOSXHints.com.

Oh and do you want to irritate the piss out of someone? Use this instead:

defaults write NSGlobalDomain NSWindowResizeTime 5.0

This would be good for April Fools Day, he he.
