I have never been able to get my head around architecture: sure I like nice buildings and I am fairly interested in interior design, but the actual work of summoning buildings forth from the mind has never been something I have much understood.
So that's my excuse why I have bagged out of the whole Ground Zero design/rebuild story. Since I haven't been following this - how is "rebuild" different? Do they want to literally rebuild exactly the same? And why?
