First, Tropical Storm Bonnie smacked the panhandle.
Then Hurricane Charley shredded SW Florida.
Then Hurricane Frances hit just south of where I live, and knocked out my power for over a week.
Then Ivan "The Terrible" slammed into the panhandle, went into interior of the country, looped back south, and hit Florida again. It is now headed towards SE Texas.
And now, Hurricane Jeanne is ready to inflict damage onto my state.
Jeanne became a tropical storm on Sept. 14, caused flooding that killed more than 700 people in Haiti and has waffled between tropical storm and hurricane strength.
The NOGAPS forecasting model from the Navy suggested Wednesday that Jeanne might run over Central Florida on a Frances-like track.
In other words, we're about to get nailed again.
I'm expecting a plague of locusts next week. And a hail of frogs after that...

RJ: I'm expecting a plague of locusts next week. And a hail of frogs after that...
Five-legged frogs, no doubt.

Florida is well-known as the place where a significant percentage of spammers hang out.
I can only assume that some of these bottom-feeding lowlives have got hold of God's private email address and flooded it with advertisments for male enhancement products and Paris Hilton videos.
And God's pissed.

I am with Tim on this one, plus the whole election thing.
It could just be that RJ won't stay still too.
