Audio Course Review: Lynda Lippin's Pilates Solutions for Back Pain

Do you want relief from lower back pain? Are you experiencing any lower back pain due to long hours at work or maybe a little too much lifting of your growing toddler? If you are ready to ease your pain and start living a more full life again, then you want and need this relief now. Lynda Lippin's simple 30-minute Pilates for Back Pain audio class might be your solution.

As a Pilates instructor, I'm always looking for new material to share with clients. Recently, my mom was diagnosed with degenerative disc disease, so I went to Pilates Back Painwork to find something she could do at home. My mom already had a very small list of exercises that had been prescribed to her by a specialist, so I didn't want to overwhelm her with more.  I just wanted to be able to give her some advice and point her to additional resources when she was ready.  I already knew about Lynda's previous audio exercise guide for neck and shoulder pain. I knew that the quality of her work was very high, so I was excited to try this audio class!

The first thing you will notice is that Lynda has a pleasant speaking voice. For many people, me included, this is very important, especially if I'm trying to relax.

Next, the sequence of exercises has all the qualities of a solid Pilates foundation workout — easy to follow, well-paced and, above all, safe. Lynda has a seemingly natural ability to be very specific without overwhelming the listener with confusing anatomical jargon.  She says just enough and a little bit more to get the listener feeling what they should be feeling.

I am blushing and humbled all at once! Thank you so much for this review. I created the back and neck pain audios so that people in pain who cannot afford to go to a good Pilates teacher for privates could have a simple 30 minute audio program to use wherever they may be.

Lynda - I loved the neck pain audio too! It has helped me tremendously. I can't wait to see what new classes you release!
