I went 9-7 last week straight-up, and 9-6-1 against the spread. For the season, that puts me at 149-75 straight-up, and 115-102-7 against the spread. For a comparison, check out the “experts” over at ESPN.

Here are my picks for the NFL’s Week 16 games:

THURSDAY, DECEMBER 22

Houston 10-4 at Indianapolis 1-13 – 8:20 p.m. [Line: Houston by 6]

The Colts got their first win of the season last week, beating Tennessee 27-13. The Texans will have two 1000 yard rushers this season if Ben Tate can manage another 154 yards on the ground over the next two games.

–RJ’s Pick: Houston by 13

SATURDAY, DECEMBER 24

Oakland 7-7 at Kansas City 6-8 – 1:00 p.m. [Line: Kansas City by 2.5]

The Raiders, who were alone atop the AFC West just three weeks ago, would slip into a tie for last place with a fourth consecutive loss this week. The Chiefs, who began the season 0-3, could still win the AFC West if they are victorious in their two remaining games and get a bunch of help.

–RJ’s Pick: Kansas City by 7

Jacksonville 4-10 at Tennessee 7-7 – 1:00 p.m. [Line: Tennessee by 7.5]

The Jaguars are averaging just 256.3 yards of offense per game. Titans quarterback Matt Hasselbeck has not thrown a touchdown pass since Week 12, and hasn’t thrown for more than 225 yards in a game since Week Nine.

–RJ’s Pick: Tennessee by 3

Miami 5-9 at New England 11-3 – 1:00 p.m. [Line: New England by 9.5]

Dolphins RB Reggie Bush rushed for 203 yards and a TD last week. The Patriots have the best record in the AFC through 14 weeks after starting the season just 5-3.

–RJ’s Pick: New England by 16

Arizona 7-7 at Cincinnati 8-6 – 1:00 p.m. [Line: Cincinnati by 4]

Arizona has won four straight and still has a shot at making the playoffs, although they would need to win out and get a lot of help. The Bengals are battling the Jets for the AFC’s 6th seed.

–RJ’s Pick: Arizona by 2

Denver 8-6 at Buffalo 5-9 – 1:00 p.m. [Line: Denver by 3]

The Broncos are the only team in the NFL with a winning record and a negative point differential. The Bills have dropped seven in a row.

–RJ’s Pick: Denver by 14

St. Louis 2-12 at Pittsburgh 10-4 – 1:00 p.m. [Line: Pittsburgh by 16]

The Rams have scored a total of just 26 points over their last three games. The Steelers are allowing only 276.9 yards per game, fewest in the league.

–RJ’s Pick: Pittsburgh by 11

New York Giants 7-7 at New York Jets 8-6 – 1:00 p.m. [Line: Jets by 3]

The Giants have lost five of their last six, but would still win the NFC East if they can win their final two regular season games. The Jets are ranked 7th in the NFL in points scored, but just 26th in total yards of offense.

–RJ’s Pick: Giants by 4

Minnesota 2-12 at Washington 5-9 – 1:00 p.m. [Line: Washington by 6]

Redskins linebacker London Fletcher leads the NFL in tackles this season with 146. The Vikings have dropped six in a row.

–RJ’s Pick: Washington by 1

Tampa Bay 4-10 at Carolina 5-9 – 1:00 p.m. [Line: Carolina by 7.5]

The Buccaneers, losers of eight straight, have allowed 401 points this season, second most in the NFL. The Panthers have won three of their last four, including a 38-19 win in Tampa back in Week 13.

–RJ’s Pick: Carolina by 17

Cleveland 4-10 at Baltimore 10-4 – 1:00 p.m. [Line: Baltimore by 13]

The Browns have scored just 19 touchdowns all season, third fewest in the league. The Ravens are 4-0 against AFC North division rivals this season, and are 7-0 at home.

–RJ’s Pick: Baltimore by 20

San Diego 7-7 at Detroit 9-5 – 4:05 p.m. [Line: Detroit by 2.5]

The Lions will qualify for the postseason for the first time since 1999 with a win this week. The Chargers are hot again, winning three straight games after they had lost six in a row.

–RJ’s Pick: Detroit by 8

Philadelphia 6-8 at Dallas 8-6 – 4:15 p.m. [Line: Dallas by 2]

The Cowboys are 5-2 at home this season. The Eagles have scored 71 points over their last two games, both victories.

–RJ’s Pick: Dallas by 6

San Francisco 11-3 at Seattle 7-7 – 4:15 p.m. [Line: San Francisco by 1.5]

The 49ers are battling New Orleans for the 2nd seed in the NFC. The Seahawks have allowed just 41 points over their last three games, all wins.

–RJ’s Pick: Seattle by 3

SUNDAY, DECEMBER 25

Chicago 7-7 at Green Bay 13-1 – 8:20 p.m. [Line: Green Bay by 13]

The Bears have dropped four straight, and have scored just 47 total points during the losing streak. The Packers lost their first game of the season last week, falling to Kansas City 19-14.

–RJ’s Pick: Green Bay by 21

MONDAY, DECEMBER 26

Atlanta 9-5 at New Orleans 11-3 – 8:30 p.m. [Line: New Orleans by 6.5]

The Saints have won six in a row and are undefeated at home this season. The Falcons have won seven of their last nine games since starting the year 2-3.

–RJ’s Pick: New Orleans by 3
