Washington 4-9 at New York Giants 7-6 1:00 p.m. [Line: Giants by 7]
The Redskins are 1-3 against divisional rivals so far this season. The Giants are the only team in the NFC with both a winning record and a negative point differential.
–RJ’s Pick: Giants by 3

The Dolphins fired head coach Tony Sparano earlier this week, replacing him on an interim basis with secondary coach Todd Bowles. The Bills have dropped six straight after a promising 5-2 start.

Cincinnati 7-6 at St. Louis 2-11 1:00 p.m. [Line: Bengals by 6]
The Bengals have lost four of their last five games after starting the year 6-2. The Rams are averaging fewer than 12 points per game, worst in the NFL.
–RJ’s Pick: Bengals by 12
Tennessee 7-6 at Indianapolis 0-13 1:00 p.m. [Line: Titans by 6.5]
Titans QB Matt Hasselbeck may not be able to play due to a calf injury, meaning rookie quarterback Jake Locker could get his first career start this week. The winless Colts have a point differential of minus-198, worst in the league.
–RJ’s Pick: Titans by 14
Green Bay 13-0 at Kansas City 5-8 1:00 p.m. [Line: Packers by 14]
The undefeated Packers are scoring almost 36 points per game, tops in the NFL. The Chiefs fired head coach Todd Haley earlier this week, replacing him with defensive coordinator Romeo Crennel on an interim basis.

The Lions are 2-0 against the AFC West so far this season, having beaten the Broncos and the Chiefs by a combined score of 93-13. The Raiders have allowed a total of 80 points in their last two games, both blowout losses.
–RJ’s Pick: Detroit by 15
New England 10-3 at Denver 8-5 4:15 p.m. [Line: Patriots by 6]

–RJ’s Pick: Jets by 9
Cleveland 4-9 at Arizona 6-7 4:15 p.m. [Line: Arizona by 7]
The Browns are allowing more than 150 rushing yards per game, second worst in the league. The Cardinals have won five of their last six games, with winning margins of 6, 4, 3, 6, and 2 during that stretch.
–RJ’s Pick: Arizona by 1
Baltimore 10-3 at San Diego 6-7 8:20 p.m. [Line: Ravens by 2.5]
The Ravens are just 3-3 on the road this season. Chargers quarterback Philip Rivers is having a disappointing season, but his passer ratings in the last two games were 146.1 and 123.3, both victories.
–RJ’s Pick: San Diego by 6
