Projekt30 – December Exhibition

Projekt30 — the online gallery, run by artists, designed to expose artists to “brick and mortar” art galleries which may be interested in presenting their work — has its juried December exhibition up now, featuring the work of

Charlotta Hauksdottir
Christina Neofotistou
Debbie Angell

Emily Damstra
Eric Troolin
Erik Parra
Geoffrey Atkin
Guy T Marsden
Hyeyoung Kim
Jan Halle
Jessica Williams
Jonathan Gitelson

Ken Weissblum
Laura Dabney
Maria Kazoun
Misha-Michele Penton
Miya Ando Stanoff
Rene Smith

Soyeon Cho
Steve Stenzel
Toni Lucadello
Tony Maher.

No less than interesting all, I find Rene Smith’s decorative, Gauguin-like paintings totemic and compelling, and I am always a sucker for found art, whether it be Adam Long’s naturalistic figures, or Eric Troolin’s wildly elaborate mixed media. Guy T. Marsden’s curvaceous, minimalist, polished wooden sculptures are particularly accomplished and powerful as well.

Site navigation is clean and simple and the images are sharp and fine – well worth a look.
