Regarding the approval rate -- the Repubs are talking about APPEAL COURT judges and the DEMS are talking about CIRCUIT COURT judges -- BIG BIG difference!

Not 60 Appeals Court judges blocked, Gonzo. He had a 77% passage on his Appeals Court judges, still 10% higher than Bush.
