Sex, Lies & The White House Press Office - Comments Page 2

A presumed gay male escort turned political reporter obtains credentials allowing access to the White House Press Briefing Room. Goodbye Monica-gate, hello Hustler-gate...

CBS reporter Leslie Stahl ("60 Minutes") expressed exasperation on the third season premiere of HBO's "Real Time with Bill Maher" when Maher asked about the current scandal in the White House Press Office. I admit I had heard about it but not seeing much in the media, I assumed that this was just another story that was dead on arrival but the points raised by Stahl and Maher have given me pause to investigate further. So, here goes...…

    Inspired by W: Evil Gucky

In Guckert's CBC interview, he was asked what he was up to before coming to Talon News. He said he was "pursuing entrepreneurial activities in the private sector."

    http://www.male4malescorts.com/reviews/bulldogdc.html

This is not a "whore with a heart of gold". This is an evil man without a conscience, though he professes to be a good Christian. He embodies Evil, and just like W, is totally unaware that he is Evil, since his motives of supporting Right wing Republicans are so pure.

When he got paid, Gucky probably claimed he was a church. That's what a lot of trashy super right wing guys do. And this man is trash. Actually, this man's behavior really makes all of us appreciate the fine moral standards maintained by those who are brought up in trailer parks in the rural South and housing projects in the urban North.

When folks paid him, he wouldn't need to report those "charitable contributions" he collected. And the fellows who gave him contributions really didn't want to be bothered to track those receipts for "charity".

I'm sure Gucky's a burglar, too. I've never heard of a prostitute who won't commit burglary. Come on now, after he's done the deed with a John, don't you think he might decide to take along any loose knick-knacks lying around as a "souvenir"?. When he took a shower afterwards, in the John's home, do you think he kept his hands off the medicine cabinet? If he saw a prescription bottle of oxycontin worth $500, would he say to himself, "Oh, no, my client will complain to the police," or did he say, "Eureka. I'm getting paid double if I just pocket that prescription bottle"?

Considering the bad habits whores fall into of lifting stuff away when they've been visiting "customers" at home, I think there's a strong possibility that Gucky has also lifted some stuff from the White House. If the DC police were to search his apartment, they'd undoubtedly find an ashtray or sterling silver teaspoon or a fancy Presidential pen that he did not receive as a gift, but that he stole from the White House or from one of his johns.

In addition, Gucky has not been adverse to committing white-collar crimes. Bedrock corporation -- the last line of the Flintstones' theme song is "Bedrock, bedrock and we'll have a gay all time" -- that he set up to clear checks has acted as a factor, financer, and a collection agent. Asserting false claims against families of the recently deceased and offering to improve the credit of economically marginal people, for a fee, are some of the "work" Bedrock performs.

Though it's not as entertaining as gay sex, asserting false claims against bereaved widows evinces how Gucky and his supporters cross the line from sociopath to psychopath, from being an antisocial, non-violent criminal, to being criminal, even violently so, without conscience. We are not just fighting hypocrisy here, but EVIL: evil that is inspired by the moral direction of George W. Bush and Karl Rove.

The Right claims the moral high-ground while relying upon EVIL criminals to accomplish its objectives. It's not just a gay prostitute who was close to the president, but a grifter, part of a whole group of far-right grifters, stealing directly from the poor and destitute to enrich themselves. Getting cash from a general because you gave him a good ride in bed is one thing, getting cash from a young soldier's family, after he has died young, by asserting totally false claims against his widow is another.

Guckert reassures himself that no matter how criminal or foul his behavior, he is a good Christian and God will love and forgive him, even as God has forgiven our president. Gucky undoubtedly sees as his role models for good Christian behavior George W. Bush and Karl Rove. George W. Bush and Karl Rove, or their appointed subordinates blinded themselves to the presumed criminal behavior of Gucky. They saw fit to view him as a good Christian and gave him daily passes to the White House, because he always did his best to show W's presidency n a good light.

By cover of night, when Gucky left gay bars in the company of his employer for the evening, he would surely recall the life affirming example of W. When he would kick at bums sleeping in the street, for the sheer pleasure of watching them wiggle in pain, he would do so only hard enough to cause injuries, not death, just like W's procedures for administering torture. In doing so, he imitates President Bush who supports the right of infants to be born, but not the right to stay alive: thousands of children are to go to bed hungry, without health care, because of reduced funding for food stamps and medicaid.

Wow, Bole, hard to tell if you're a homophobe, a raving Christian who hates prostitution, or just a lefty with a hard on for anyone who likes Bush. But any way you interpret your last post, you're definitely over the edge of rational perspective for the Guckert story.

    Great piece!
This is further example of how the BUsh Administration manages the media so well: They blow it off and the media just folds up and the story goes no further. One might certainly believe this is a tried and true tactic for shutting off the conversation, it works so well and they do it so often.
The Bush Administration does this on every unpleasant aspect as witness the latest revelations on Bush's marijuana history.
They neither confirm or deny, call it "old news"confident that the media will pursue the topic no further. Their confidence is well founded, they've been able to shut down every negative Bush story almost instantly.
This was pulled off so well in the CBS/Killian memo debacle. They managed to have the papers considered false without ANY official agency ever investigating them, same as in this instance. You'd think Republicans would be crawling all over themselves to have these allegedly forged papers investigated by the FBI and the USAF--if false, they are forged federal documents that libel the President. One the other hand, if theyre true They show dereliction of duty and corruption, among other things.
How they managed to avoid scrutiny of Bush's disgraceful record ( the ONLY president supended from flying AND driving!) was to stonewall it, the same as they do here--its a super tactic with a compliant press!
It's intersting that Guckert-Gannon is also connected with that case and this is very illuminating to understanding how Bush controls the media so well.

    Consider this

Guckert-Gannon was perhaps where the the CBS/Killian story fell apart.
Bush Control Of The Media: Its all about planting doubts and muddying waters from side people--the Bush Administration stays aloof and refuses comment
It worked SO well in the CBS Killian thing: did amynody but me ever notice that neither Bush OR his people have ever denied they were real?? Bush HAS to know if they are real or not, they are his suspension orders--an event which DID take place. Bush has evaded all direct questions about this as he has evaded all direct questions of his marijuana experience.
Guskert Gannon was inserted as part of a long range scheme (Rove?) to discredit the mainstram media's credinility and to raise the myth of the bloggers as "Factcheckers To The Media"
The internet is much easier to influence than the mainstream media, which is beholden to sockholders, Board of Dorectors. etc, All you have to do is put out a bunch of bloggers saying your lines in an authoritative.
The CBS Killian debacle was a one-two knockout punch in the BUsh Administration's control strategy on the media: it both savaged CBS and the rest of the mainstram media AND raised conservative bloggers to a level of crediblity. The result of this has been to move much of the national conversation to an area where the Bush Administration has more control. The mainstream media has been effectively sidelined.
genius!! Karl, if youre reading this, youve pulled it off!! You got John Kery's Silver Star condemned as dishonorable while George Bush's flight suspension was made out to be honorable. You beat a Silver Star winner with 3 Purple Hearts with the only Presidential candidate ever suspended from both flying AND driving. That took some helluva media tactics, you are the master.
This is how they control the media, and the media just roll over and lick their hands
One might almost consider it a conspiracy--certainly has that effect, but why blame on conspiracy that which can be adequately explained by obtuseness and cowardice?

"Howard Dean, in his capacity as DNC Chairman, should be pounding his fists on a podium at a press conference demanding complete disclosure by the White House."

Howard Dean should demand a full federal investigation of the CBS Killian papers and so should every other American that wants to know the truth! THIS is the coming scandal!Start by asking Bush himself directlY: Are these your suspension orders or not?? the whole American media forgot to ask this on simple question--and so we never got a direct answer from the one man everybody in the world agrees should know what happened--it happened to HIM! He knows right now if they are real or not--he was THERE when this occurred! He can't keep hiding from this ALL the time, can he?
They are federal documents, NOT private documents as the Bush Administration wants you to believe and as such the federal government is required to maintain their integrity,
Demand a full federal investigation of these papers which allegedly libel the president if they are false--or prove his his military service disgraceful and criminal if they are real
Wake up Amarica and especially Democrats and liberals!! they really put one over on you!

Have you been living on Mars? They're fraudulent. It's been proven by multiple investigations. It's obvious to anyone with half a brain. There's nothing left to investigate.

The major news event for the baby boom generation would have been the assassination of JFK.....

Having been a child of the 60's who was very in tune with the news events of the day (I will explain why in a future piece), I would have to say that Kennedy's assasination was the tip of the iceberg. To me the largest story for the baby boom generation would be the Civil Rights struggle and Lyndon's vision of a Great Society.

Kennedy's death brought the nation together for a weekend at the end of November, 1963. By 1964 the civil rights battle was front and center. The deaths of Bobby Kennedy and Martin Luther King coupled with the disaster that was Viet Nam certainly had a major effect on the psyche of baby boomers.
