The emperor has no clothes, but we knew that even while he was running.
Schwarzenegger is going to:
1) Decrease the amount of tax revenue the state takes in.
2) Make no deep cuts in any programs people want.
3) Not spend more than the state takes in.
The people of California were very, very stupid to believe that this could be done. But, stupid as we are, we should hold our State Witch Doctor to his word. He said he could do magical things. If he can't, well, there's a bonfire with a certain magician's name on it.
I expect not only to have the promised "fantastic job," but also to pay lower taxes and still have well-tended roads and well-funded schools. You promised the impossible, Arnie. It's time to collect, in blood or money.
