Are you liberal?
During the past election year I have spent a lot of time determining if I am conservative or liberal. I am finding that I reside somewhere in the middle at this point. I came across a post today about being...

The Librarians Are Right
As a writer, author and editor I often do research into wherever my interest, the news, or curiosity take me. This should be my and every American's fundamental right without fear of being regarded suspiciously by my government. I therefore...

Open Letter to the Washington Post
Dear Editors, Instead of covering the numerous reports of bizarre voting irregularities--including an Ohio machine that allegedly registered negative 25 million votes at one point--most major media outlets have spent the last week telling us how the Democrats need to...

Brother, can you spare a couple of hundred votes?
We're having some issues here in Franklin County, Indiana, seemingly stemming from new voting machines or software from Fidlar Election Company. The general election last week was our first time using them. All the Libertarian Party candidates got in the...

Investigate the vote!
Regardless of whether there was fraud committed during this last election we need to ensure that our election process is safe, fair and honest as we go forward. Should we have a paper trail coming from each and every voting...

thanks Jason! It's a good way to follow along in chronological order, and with it all in one place you can spot trends and relationships between stories and themes you might not have otherwise noticed

Eric- I'll second the note of thanks, with a special appreciation for a pic of Badnarik that is standard fare rather than one of him blowing his nose or the like. The Nader image is his own, so nobody could get too riled about it, but it looks like a Gary Numan album cover to me.

Who are we to believe on the conditions in Iraq? A man who is risking his life every minute of the day who lives there (Allawi) and is the Prime Minister, or a man running for president that would benefit by worsening conditions(JFK)?

everyone has an angle, including Allawi, but that is not an unresonable question

This is, in fact, a wonderful source for issues, personalities and the important things we need to consider at this time. It has been wonderfully put together and should serve as a model for the future.
