CNN was able to declare Obama the primary winner of North Carolina as soon as the polls closed there. The prism that split the light into a Barack rainbow was no mystery. He has won that state by double digits and the black vote has abandoned Hillary Clinton as predicted and won’t be returning. Obama has garnered upwards of 92% of the black vote in NC and IN. If that's the way you feel....if you feel nothing but disdain and shame for the nation in which you live then why don't you go liver somewhere else.
I started wondering, in high school, why I was told a bunch of lies about my country in grammar school. I wonder every day when I witness effect of the lies I was told (on most people) and the unquestioning embrace of this utopian image of ourselves. How can I be proud of a country that started out by lying to me about itself? When the dominant culture stops trying to lie to me every day (because the lies didn't stop in grammar school) then I'll be proud.
BTW Arch, it might help if you (and the rest of the propaganda swallowing machine) went and lived somewhere else. I'd probably be very proud of whoever was left.

You on the other hand cannot bring yourself to say one positive thing about this nation. It's YOU, not I that has been brainwashed. You accuse Cindy of being across the board negative about the U.S. How about your own blanket dislike of anyone or anything that smacks of being remotely liberal? Did they make you gaze upon a photo of Ted Kennedy in between dunking your head in the locker room john while a recording of Streisand's "Live in Central Park" album was playing over the PA system?
