Obama: Citizen of the World, Indeed!

On August 21, 2008, Philip J. Berg, former Deputy Attorney General of Pennsylvania, filed a lawsuit against presidential candidate Barack Obama. In the lawsuit Berg challenges Obama's claims to natural-born citizenship, raising questions about the authenticity of his birth certificate which has not been produced in original form and asking about his possible dual citizenship. According to Article II, Section 1 of the United States Constitution, "No person except a natural born citizen, or a citizen of the United States, at the time of the adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the office of President."

Mud has been slung both ways. McCain’s birth in American territory in Panama was called into question.  Many Internet rumors concerning Obama’s citizenship have floated helplessly in the cyber abyss. But in both instances, the truth surfaced just as quickly as the lie.

However, as of today, Berg’s case against Obama has yet to be resolved. I know, women and children alike fawn and faint over this savior. But it is actually possible that Oprah was wrong. Even if he is a natural-born citizen, Obama’s tongue isn’t “dipped in the unvarnished truth.”

Here’s the video of the "October Surprise" where Berg explains his case:

I do not support Obama. I’ve been a Republican since before I could vote, so my bias can’t be trusted by those who would so easily dismiss this case. But like Berg, a dedicated Democrat, I do have a question. Why doesn’t Obama just release the tangible copy of his birth certificate , instead of this unrealistic version that many are questioning?

To answer your question apparently AXJ of Kenya has discovered he was truly born in Kenya since his mother was not permitted to board the flight to he USA until after she gave birth to Mr. Obama. That is why it was recorded August 8, 1961. Check the news on the www.axjus.com website 24/7/365 for major developments.

    Who cares?

There have been plenty of bad presidents that were born in their countries--the current one springs quickly to mind.

There have been plenty of bad presidents that were not really eligible to be elected but they submitted phony birth certificates--Vicente Fox here in Mexico and Fujimori in Peru also spring quickly to mind (Fuji's in jail and Fox SHOULD be). Their last names should have given folks just a small hint that they shouldn't have been running....

I won't go into the subject of good presidents, as I really do not believe that the US DESERVES a good president. Gringos need to change their greedy, rapacious, vulgar and bullying behaviors and become citizens of this planet.

A few hundred years of sackcloth and ashes and living in rusted out Barracudas eating catchow would go a long way toward creating a deserving citizenry.

this needs to get out into the mainstream media. Our founding fathers set this up to protect us. We should heed their warning.

Do whatever you can to get this in the media.

I wonder if the author (and Mr Berg) would care to rein in their zeal for a moment and explain this away.

Perhaps Barack's mom, anticipating that he would one day wish to run for president, obligingly placed the ad in the Honolulu Advertiser as part of his backstory.

In all seriousness, the Obama birth certificate nonsense has been comprehensively debunked.

Oh, and just for good measure...

Regarding the issue of where Barack Hussein Obama was born.

A Presidential candidate must be a natural-born citizen of the United States.

That is why attorneys for Obama and the National Democratic Committee [NDC] filed their motion for dismissal of the Berg vs. Obama, Civil Action No. 08-cv-4083 lawsuit late last month. On Oct. 6, they also asked that evidence gathering (a ‘vault’ form of his birth certificate "Original" Long Form) be put off until U.S. District Judge R. Barclay Surrick in Philadelphia rules on the motion.

Obama posted a copy of a birth certificate [labeled from the state of Hawaii] on his campaign Web site and it was examined and Oked by Factcheck.org. But the authenticity of the birth certificate has been challenged by Philadelphia attorney Philip J. Berg and reputed to be the birth certificate of his sister, and not his.

Additionally, the hospital in Hawaii in which Mr. Obama claims to have been born was not built at the time of his birth.

"This is the first time in the history of our government that an unqualified person has run for the office of president," said Berg.

Berg is a disgruntled Hillary supporter crackpot.

Re comment #8, claiming Additionally, the hospital in Hawaii in which Mr. Obama claims to have been born was not built at the time of his birth. So what? If accurate, this just shows his uncanny ability to see the future, even back then.

BC must be accepting 9/11 Truth articles again if this nonsense is getting through

The Univ of Oklahoma must be proud to see the reporting done by their Bachelor of Arts in Journalism graduates.

    A natural born
    citizen
is one born in the US OR born of US parents.

If one was born after 1952 citizenship "devolves if either parent was a United States citizen." See here.

Dan, you are getting smarmier every day. I actualy used to kind of respect you, even though we disagreed on many things. But you have gotten so weird and ugly lately, so one-note wonder on this Obama as the Chrst like mystic figure, which no one who is actually voting for him thinks, that I think the Panamanian sun, or perhaps, (I do hope not) an illness or something had gone to your head......

    Janica,

Here are a two ways to spot crackpot information:

    1) The disseminator of the information includes the word "illuminati" in its name.

    2) The host comes on and the first thing he says is "I' don't wear a tin-foil hat."

I've never seen a candidate fight so hard to--keep hidden--something that ordinary American citizens are required to show all the time--including verification for little league baseball! He's running for president of the United States for crying out loud! Please just produce the birth certificate as required by the U.S. Constitution Obama!

Snopes.com has an article with a scan of the birth certificate. It's far more authentic and American looking than mine is, and there's no question I'm a US citizen. It's even in only 1 language and mine is in 3 (guess which ones).

AJX most certainly has to be related to JOM. Trust me no matter how many times you try to spread you assinine lie, it's not fooling anyone.

Let's see the U.S. Government, the Senate, the Elections Board. Do you really think we/they are stupid enough to allow him to run if he wasn't a citizen?

    I pity your stupidity
